Pfeifer Realty Group was proud to sponsor the Captiva Civic Association’s 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 Porch & Patio Series. Founded in 1936 and incorporated in 1959, The Captiva Civic Association's (CCA) mission is to preserve the quality of life and environmental integrity of Captiva and its neighboring islands. Social activities, classes, and lectures give people a chance to come together and be part of the community.

The Porch & Patio Series features live music, Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. It is free and open to the community and offers islanders a chance to connect with old friends and meet new ones.
