Eric is professional in what he does and markets himself very well. I was disappointed in a couple of things. When the house first went on the mls Eric had a open house for the realtors in his office. Only two showed up, one who lives near by and another who went to another company. It would have been nice if more of the team had showed up . Another issue was Eric told us he would be present at all showings. More like someone , whoever is available will show up to unlock the door. After one showing I inquired as to how it went and Eric said he was outside on the phone. I felt that most showings were generated and the house sold thru other realtors . At times I felt I was talked down to a bit when we had choices for a realtor.

I have known Eric for 17 years, since moving to Sanibel and joining Kiwanis. 15 years ago he assisted us in buying our second home here and also selling our first home here. He is the consummate professional and is well respected in the community, as well as in the real estate industry here. Eric and his team are, in my opinion, the best.
