The Sanibel Captiva Islands Association of Realtor’s Administrative Assistant of the Year Award for 2019 went to Heather Chevalier, Office Manager and Closing Coordinator at Pfeifer Realty Group.

Chevalier was recognized for her professionalism, diligence, and can-do spirit by the Sanibel Captiva Association’s Honor Society Realtors. “Everyone in our office knows how hard Heather works and it was wonderful to have her efforts recognized publicly. In fact, she is so conscientious about not wanting to miss work that we had to fool her to get her to the Association meeting where we knew she would be winning this Award” said Eric. “It was worth it to see the surprise on her face”, continued Pfeifer. A native “Cape Codder” with a degree in Graphic Design, Heather Chevalier joined Pfeifer Realty Group in 2013 and has grown to become an outstanding Closing Coordinator and Office Manager. Heather's dedication to our clients and her painstaking attention to detail produces smooth transactions year after year. Her organizational skills have resulted in faster closings for Pfeifer Realty Group allowing buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals as soon as possible. Anticipating paperwork needed and tracking milestone dates for deposits, inspections, and appraisals fall in Chevalier's daily tasks. She handles each transaction as if it were her own.
