Pfeifer Realty Group not only sells Sanibel Island Homes and Condos. After Hurricane Ian devastated the island, the brokerage wanted to support residents and business owners throughout their recovery.


Pfeifer Flash Mobs are deployed in many different aspects, but they all have one thing in common… community support. At least one Friday a month we ask our team to come together and help support the community whether it be helping a neighbor or organization clean up their yards after Hurricane Ian or hosting a happy hour at a local restaurant to bring them extra business during the summer, our team is always eager to help!

Some recent Flash Mobs include:

  • A private residence on the East end of Sanibel that belonged to an elderly woman living on her own and needed help cleaning her yard of Hurricane Ian debris. View the video HERE
  • A Flash-mob happy hour at Mud Bugs.
  • The Shell Shop on Periwinkle whose property needed cleaning after Hurricane Ian.
  • A Happy Hour at Tutti Pazzi in an effort to bring them business during the slow season on Sanibel. Team photo shown below.
  • Helping The Children’s Education Center of The Islands (CECI) clean and prep their property to welcome back their children after Hurricane Ian.
  • A Happy Hour at The Great White Grill to help show support through the slower summer months.
