Thanks to the underwriting of The Estee Lauder Companies, 100% of funds raised during the 2021 tournament will go directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Sixty-four golfers will tee off at 8:30 AM. Players will purchase mulligans, raffle tickets, pay-the-pro tickets, and participate in a putting contest at the conclusion of their round. Prizes will be awarded to the first-place men’s, women’s, and mixed teams. Golfers will enjoy a luncheon hosted in the pavilion. A virtual silent auction will take place leading up to the golf tournament, from 3/24-27 2021. Auction items may be previewed online beginning 3/20/21.
Founded in 1990 by Laura Lassman when she learned that a fellow golfer and good friend was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then this grassroots organization has grown into a nationwide non-profit recognized for raising over $65 Million dollars for research across 19 different projects by 2020.
Play for Pink's mission is to speed advances in breast cancer detection, treatment, and survivorship, Play for P.I.N.K. (Prevention, Immediate diagnosis, New technology, Knowledge) supports thousands of volunteers nationwide as they raise funds for research through sporting and lifestyle events. Their efforts raise $3 million annually — and 100% of that goes to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Pfeifer Realty Group is once again a major sponsor for the Play for P.I.N.K. golf tournament scheduled for Saturday, March 26 at The Dunes. With a donation of $2000, Pfeifer Realty Group will sponsor a Helicopter Ball Drop, to take place before the 8:30 AM tee-off. 100% of the funds raised with the ball drop, golf tournament, and virtual auction go directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. All fees are underwritten by the Estee Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign on behalf of the BCRF. It is the highest-rated breast cancer charity in the country. Chances for the Helicopter Ball Drop can be purchased online at www.playforpink.org/ the dunes Monetary prizes will be given for the three balls landing closest to the designated target. 128 golfers will tee-off this year. Players will purchase mulligans, raffle tickets, pay-the-pro tickets, and participate in putting and closest-to-the-line contests. Prizes will be awarded to the first-place men’s, ladies, and mixed teams. Following the tournament, players are invited to enjoy a luncheon in the Dunes pavilion. A virtual auction will take place during the week leading up to the golf tournament, from March 23-26. Auction items may be previewed online beginning March 19.
