Please take a moment to watch this amazing video to see why supporting SCCF and the Sea School is vitally important.

On March 19th, 2022, SCCF (Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation) plans on hosting a fun new event named Cause on the Causeway.  This event is designed to salute and support all of SCCF’s water-related work.  The Cause, for short, stems from the Sanibel Sea School’s Octifest and will be a tented dinner with entertainment.  Guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while being able to visit the SCCF research and educational boats on display. The seated dinner starts after sunset with a new film about the impact SCCF’s work for water is having, live entertainment, and dancing. Brown Bag Brass Band will entertain guests with New Orleans-style jazz and good-time party music.

In years past, this causeway event at sunset has been truly magical, and Cause on the Causway will carry on this beautiful beachside tradition.
