F.H. Silver King Tichnors

These 32 homes are located on Captiva Drive to the S Curve before Jensens. One has to assume that this community name refers to Tarpon fishing since the Tarpon is also known as the Silver King.

Fun Fact: It is believed that the 300 plus Pound Tarpon caught on June 24th, 2013 is the largest catch and release on record. The great fish measured 96 inches long with a 53-inch girth and the estimated weight was 337 pounds. He was caught by Jan Toule while fishing with Captain Justin Moore only 300 yards off the shore of Anna Maria Island.
