Located on Nerita Street, this complex is close to all the shops and restaurants along Periwinkle Way as well as the Sanibel Golf Club.

FUN FACT: The tiny Coquina is one of the most colorful, abundant and hardy shells found in the tidal zone on Sanibel and Captiva. The variety of rainbow colors and patterns are limitless. Once the animal is gone this little bi-valve opens to a butterfly shape.
