Beachview Estates

This neighborhood consists of 224 homesites on Par View Drive, Birdie View Point and Eagle Run Drive. The Beachview Golf Course is now known as Sanibel Island Golf Club and offers a public 18 hole course, tennis courts, golf pro shop and tennis pro shop and restaurant. Beachview owners enjoy deeded beach access and parking located between Gulfside Place and Chelsea Place condominiums.

Fun Fact: The Beachview plat map was accepted on the 8th day of November 1972 with the following dedication: "Know all men by these presents that Hugo Lindgren, Pres., and Louise Lindgren, Sec'y of Jamestown Beachview Inc, a N.Y. Corp. owners of the herein described land have caused this plat of Beachview Country Club Estates, Unit No.1 to be made and hereby dedicate all streets, drives, points, curves, courts, canals, easements, etc. shown herein to the perpetual use of the public. In witness where of we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 21st day of Sept. AD 1971.
