Diane Barr

Diane Barr brings more than 28 years of real estate experience to Pfeifer Realty Group, having spent her career helping keep transactions organized and moving smoothly from contract to closing.

Originally from Philadelphia, Diane later lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, before moving to Florida in 1998. She is a graduate of Delaware County Community College, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education, but ultimately found her career in real estate.

Over nearly three decades as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Diane has become a familiar and respected part of the local real estate community. Her dedication and professionalism have earned her both the VIP Realty Sanibel & Captiva Employee of the Year award and the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors Employee of the Year award.

Diane’s connection to the islands goes beyond real estate. An animal lover, she was a longtime volunteer with PAWS of Sanibel and has also volunteered with Lee County Domestic Animal Services.

When she isn’t working, you’ll often find Diane shelling. After years spent exploring the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva, she can identify most of the shells found along our shores. There is just one notable exception to her collection: a Junonia. She’s still searching and hopeful that one day she’ll finally find one!
