Pfeifer's Website Takes Top Honors in State - 4th Consecutive Year
LAST UPDATED: 01 January 2008

Eric Pfeifer’s website www.SunnySanibel.com does it again for the fourth year in a row! Every year the Florida Realtor Magazine panel of website judges award individual agents and companies with the best real estate websites in the state of Florida. This is Eric Pfeifer’s third year in a row winning top honors for his website www.SunnySanibel.com . Eric’s site can be reached by entering one of the three following URLs: sunnysanibel.com, ericpfeifer.com or mysanibelrealestate.com. Pfeifer’s site is also easily found in the top results on Google when searching for “Sanibel Realtor” or “Sanibel Real Estate”.

Why is having a good website important? In today’s high tech real estate market, 70% of home buyers begin their property search on line. This is a staggering number and an important trend which over time will continue to grow as the next generation will be efficient internet users when they enter the real estate market place. If you are selling a property and your agent is not using all the tools available on the internet, your property is missing valuable marketing exposure and potential buyers may never see your listing.

For a website to be selected as one of the best in the state, it must be easy to navigate, maintain up to date current information, offer state of the art tools for buyers and sellers, include several areas to contact the agent, as be full of helpful community information. Eric remains committed to continuing to provide the best real estate website for the Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Having a good website is essential to getting the job done for clients. Both buyers and sellers benefit from a well organized website that saves them valuable time.
