Sanibel Estates

Primarily a boating community, most homes are on a Gulf access mangrove lined canal. Some of the Sanibel Estates Streets include: North and South Yachtsman, Lighthouse Way, Lagoon, Windlass, Anchor and East Gulf Drive. The primary difference between this large boating community and Shell Harbor is the lack of seawalled canals.
