Sanibel Bayous

The Sanibel Bayous consists of three separate divisions: Sanibel Bayous (111 homesites) on the south side of Sanibel-Captiva Road which contains a smaller subset of homesites called "The Ridge". The Ridge homes are only a few of the 111 sites and they share a pool and tennis court. Sanibel Bayous North has 28 homesites on Sanibel Bayous Road and Wild Lime.
