Alta Mar - Riverfront Condominiums
These marina residences are located on Billy's Creek in downtown Ft. Myers. Overlooking the Caloosahatchee River, these condominiums built in 2003 are priced from the $200,000's. Amenities include 160 slip marina, fitness center, and large clubhouse.
Avalon Bay
This gated Ft. Myers community is located on Gladiolus only minutes from beaches and golf. Homes range in size from 2,100 to 2600 square feet with attached two car garage. Bay Point Yacht and Racquet Club - Riverfront Condominiums

Located on Sanibel Island, this golf course community has room for 250 homes. Only a few vacant lots are available. Homes are priced from $580,000, and vacant lots from $300,000. Beachwalk Isles
Located in Ft. Myers about 4 miles from Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach, these homes are priced from $140,000. Built by Beazer Homes there are seven different 3 or 4 bedroom plans to choose from. Beachwalk Isles is in the South School Zone.
Bell Tower Park
Only one mile south of the Bell Tower Shops, this gated Ft. Myers community built in 2003 plans to have 518 units. Homes are priced from $214,000. Most of the homes will have lake views. Bermuda Park

Blackhawk
This Ft. Myers community caters to young professionals and is a family oriented gated neighborhood. There are only 78 wooded home sites which range in size from ½ acre to an acre. This community is located close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands off McGregor Blvd. and Iona Road in Ft. Myers. There are only 98 homes sites available and the prices are from the $200,000's. Fiddlesticks
This established luxury golf and country club community surrounds two exquisite golf courses. Gladiolus Preserve
This new in 2003 gated community plans to have 243 single family homes when complete. Homes will be surrounded by fresh water parks. Grandezza
This is a 425 acre gated community that was built in 2000.
