Eric Pfeifer was named the 2002 Sanibel Real Estate Rookie of the Year by the Sanibel Captiva Island Association of Realtors (SCIAR).

The recipient of the Rookie of the Year award must be a new member to the Sanibel Captiva MLS having joined within 18 months, and be inducted into the Realtor Honor Society (which requires 100 points awarded for professional class attendance, required hours of service etc.). The Rookie of the Year award acknowledges an agent’s professionalism in addition to their participation in the Association and the island community.

Being named Real Estate Rookie of the Year is an honor for each Realtor that achieves this designation because this award is decided by their fellow Realtors.
