SCCF in partnership with Captiva Cruises launches an exciting new concert series like no other! Pine Island Sounds are an intimate, on-the-water performance to support SCCF's Marine Lab, Southwest Florida’s premier marine research facility.
Sunday, December 15th from 4-6 pm, SCCF's Pine Island Sounds' inaugural voyage features a performance by SCCF’s favorite string band Uproot Hootenanny. A picker’s paradise, this four-piece band features some of South Florida’s top string instrument players. From bluegrass classics to Irish-folksy vibes, Uproot Hootenanny has a certain charm that has all ages leaving the show with a smile.
SEATS are limited with only 100 tickets available on the double-deck Lady Chadwick. Tickets are only $60 each and include light snacks, one complimentary beverage (thanks to an anonymous and much-appreciated donor). The Lady Chadwick offers a cash bar, snacks, and an open-air deck. Passengers will leave the McCarthy Marina at 4 pm and cruise until sunset.
