Sanibel and Captiva offer many different rental accommodations.
You will find rental homes and Condominiums on both islands. In
general Sanibel homes have a 28 day minimum rental period, and Sanibel
Condominiums have a 7 day rental period (Saturday to Saturday).
Most Captiva homes and condominiums both have 7 day minimum rentals
(Saturday to Saturday). There are also many resorts that offer nightly
rentals, and a few that require a two week rental period.

Property rental rates vary with the location, size, view, and amenities of the property.
Rates also vary with the season. The following is a general range of weekly rental rates:
