Bright Water - Brightwater

This near beach community is located off of West Gulf Drive and consists of home sites on St. Kilda, Tiree Circle and Barra Circle. Owners enjoy deeded beach access and quiet, uncrowded beaches. West Gulf Drive has fewer condominiums along the beach producing private stretches of shell filled beaches. Brightwater is close to the Normandy Restaurant, the Bailey's shopping center, the Village Shops, Doc Fords, Island Pharmacy and the Sanibel Post Office.
