Drobnyk and Hitt - Top Agents for October

During this time, he owned his own brokerage, Dean Kenneth Properties, Inc. for 5 years, and was also employed by regional and national developers in a managerial capacity. He has been a consistent top producer, and is extremely knowledgeable in both residential and commercial real estate throughout SW Florida. Having lived on Sanibel for many years, Tim enjoys being involved within the island community along with his wife and two children.
Originally from Massachusetts, Lisette has lived in both Sanibel & Ft. Myers for the last 24 years, selling real estate for 13 years. Prior to that she owed a travel agency on Sanibel. She is knowledgeable in Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers, Bonita and Naples real estate. During her free time, she likes to volunteer for Big Arts and travel the world.
